Learn to Quilt!

This 4 part class series will help you to learn the basics and fundamentals of quilting.  Learn how to piece this 4 block sampler project!  We'll go over: proper fabric folding, cutting, pinning, sewing, squaring & trimming, etc. As well as understanding 'why' we do things a certain way, and how they apply to being utilized in many of your future quilting projects. 

Required Supplies Needed: Sewing machine, thread, a 12 1/2" Creative Grid Ruler, Cutting Mat, Rotary Cutter, pins, seam ripper, scissors, fabric marking pencil. All class related supplies can be purchased right here at Bolts & Quarters Quilt Shop, and you will receive a 10% discount.

Fabrics Needed:  1/2 yard of a Focus(main) fabric, and 1/2 yard of at least 5 additional coordinating fabrics (lights & darks).
