Beginner Quilting II - 2/18, 3/11, 3/25, 4/22
Beginner Quilting II
This is the 2nd in a 5 Part Series of Beginner Classes offered by Brian. In this class, we'll learn how to make lots of units, learning how they go together, to make an actual quilt with just two types of blocks: Half-Square Triangle Blocks and 4-Patches. Blocks and quilt sizes will vary in making one of a million+ variations of how your blocks can go together!
You'll also learn the importance of properly measured, pieced, pinned and stitched on borders to complete all of your quilting projects in the future so they lay perfectly flat and no puckers & pinches of excess fabric!
Class Supplies: (6) 2 1/2 Yards of Fabric (minimum) - 3 darks and 3 lights, with 1 of the darks being your "focus" fabric, and the other 5 as 'coordinates' to match it, a regular 12 1/2" square ruler, basic quilt class supplies.
