We are excited to announce our first ever Retreat - by the ocean! Bolts & Quarters Quilt Shop has booked the DoubleTree by Hilton, oceanfront hotel in Atlantic Beach, NC to celebrate 13 years in business. Join us for 5 days of non-stop quilting fun! Your registration includes: a 5 day Stitchin' Station, morning and afternoon snacks & beverages through the hotel, and lunch is included Monday-Thursday. As well as the Welcome Dinner on Sunday Night. All other dinners will be on your own as you explore the island that includes Atlantic Beach, Pine Shore Knolls, and Emerald Isle. Treat yourself to a quiltin' good time, and enjoy the ocean during your stay.
Every day is a stitchin' day! And the Ballroom that we have reserved will be available to us the entire time! Bring a new project or finish some of those lingering UFOs!
Other fun demos and freebies will fill the week, as well as our pop-up vending booth!
Staying at the hotel is a requirement, which includes the ballroom. Room rates are ocean-view with 2 queen beds. Single occupancy is $139 a night with taxes and fees. Double occupancy is $169 for 2; that's only $85 a night! And this includes a free hot breakfast. Three people per room is $199/night, or just $67 a person. And 4 guests per room makes it just $57/night.
Staying at the hotel includes: the famous DoubleTree cookie at check-in, a hot breakfast, 24 hour access to the ballroom, indoor/outdoor pools, free parking, access to their 300' beach pier, and free wi-fi! There is an on-site restaurant for dinner, with lounge/bar open daily! Once you pay your registration, you will be contacted by Bolts & Quarters Staff with additional information on how to book your room with a special code. You must book through the Bolts & Quarters special group rate to help us secure this facility.
