Learn to Piece

This 4 part class series will help you learn the basics and fundamentals of quilting.  Learn how to piece this 4 block sampler project!  We'll go over: proper fabric folding, cutting, pinning, sewing, squaring up, and sometimes even ripping.  Learn how to do things the right way, that can be applied and used for every future quilt project you'll work on!

Required Supplies:  12 1/2" Creative Grid Ruler - We will not be using other brands.

Supplies Needed: Sewing machine, thread, 18" x 24" Cutting Mat, Rotary Cutter, pins, seam ripper, scissors, fabric marking pencil.

Fabrics Needed:  1/2 yard of a Focus(main) fabric, at least a 1/2 yard of 5 or more additional coordinating fabrics (lights & darks).
