Beginner Quilting I- 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29

Learn to Piece

This 4-part class will help you learn to piece a quilt with proper cutting, pinning, sewing, squaring up, and sometimes even ripping.

Supplies Needed: Sewing machine (please know the basics of its use prior to class), 3/8 Yard of (1) Focus/Main Fabric, and 3/8 Yard of at least 5 other light & dark Coordinate Fabrics to match it, pins, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen/pencil, rotary cutter, cutting mat, 1/4" presser foot with guide, and a 12 1/2" square ruler - We strongly suggest using the Creative Grid Ruler.

Any supplies purchased here at Bolts & Quarters Quilt Shop that are directly related for use in class will receive a discount.

Note:  All classes require a minimum number of students to be registered.  Class may be cancelled at the Owner's discretion, and a refund or store credit will be issued.
